Out of Warranty Repairs

In the event the warranty on your product has expired and you are in need of a repair for one of your InLight Medical™ products, InLight Medical™ offers repair services for anyone who owns one of our products. *Note: Products no longer available for purchase, may not be repairable. 

The repair service grants the owner a flat rate for which out-of-warranty products are repaired. This is subject to the serviceable life of the product and parts availability.

Repair charges are based on flat fee per component after an initial $50 diagnostic fee.

All service request for repair require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number assigned before acceptance at our facility. Please DO NOT return any products without obtaining a Repair Return Authorization Form, which can be found at the link provided below.

Return and Repair Authorization Form

In making any return of a InLight Medical™ product to our repair facility, please be sure it’s is package with proper care to protect it from damage in transit and the RMA number is noted on the return label for easy identification.

Please send in the ENTIRE SYSTEM, including power supply, DO NOT send only the component you believe to be the issue. Entire system is required for proper diagnosis. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to not having the complete system will be billed to the customer.

If you have any questions regarding InLight Medical™ Systems repairs, please e-mail service@InLightMedical.com. Please provide your name, phone number and the RRA number generated from the Return & Repair Authorization form. This e-mail provides a digital date stamp to allow for tracking.

InLight Medical™ make repairs at the company’s discretion. InLight Medical™ strives to address all repair requests within 24 hours during normal business hours of receipt with a “first in, first out” policy.

InLight Medical™ disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties relating to the use of the product and/or result from the use of the product and any warranties which may be implied as a result of the purpose for which the product was manufactured. Not every person may obtain desired results from the use of any InLight Medical™ system. In no event will InLight Medical™ be held responsible or liable for any failure to produce claimed results arising out of the use or non-use of any InLight Medical™ product.
